Urteil zur Vorratsdatenspeicherung

GdP-Chef Malchow im Fernsehen

Berlin.

Die GdP habe die Klarstellung des Gerichts, dass der Zugriff von Sicherheitsbehörden auf bei privaten Unternehmen gespeicherten Verbindungsdaten nur zur Bekämpfung schwerster Straftaten zulässig ist, erwartet, sagte GdP-Chef Oliver Malchow. In der 20-Uhr-Ausgabe der ARD-"Tagesschau" wurde er nach der Entscheidung des Europäischen Gerichtshofs zur Vorratsdatenspeicherung interviewt.

Zudem hatte sich Malchow in der Phoenix-Sendung "Der Tag" am Dienstagabend ab 23.00 Uhr zum gleichen Thema geäußert.
