Unmittelbar notwendige Schadensbegrenzung

GdP-Bundesvorsitzender Oliver Malchow: „Das heutige Scheitern des für den Vorsitz des Bundestagsinnenausschuss kandidierenden AfD-Bundestagsabgeordneten ist zwar das aus Sicht der Gewerkschaft der Polizei (GdP) erwartet richtige Signal. Es bildet jedoch in erster Linie die nach großer öffentlicher Kritik unmittelbar notwendige Schadensbegrenzung der demokratischen Bundestagsfraktionen ab.

Angesichts dieses der Würde des Parlamentes abträglichen Beispiels appelliert die Gewerkschaft der Polizei an die Fraktionen der demokratischen Parteien, die innere Sicherheit hierzulande niemals parteipolitischen Interessen zu unterwerfen.“
