GdP Bayern: Gewalt gegen Polizei - es reicht!

München.

Seit Jahren werden die eingesetzten Kolleginnen und Kollegen in ihren Einsätzen bespuckt, beleidigt und tätlich angegriffen. Jeden Tag werden in Bayern 31 Polizistinnen und Polizisten Opfer von Gewalt – das Maß ist voll!

Die Fallzahlen sind im Jahre 2018 um weitere 8,8 Prozent im Vergleich zum Vorjahr gestiegen.

Die GdP fordert deshalb:

  • Eine schnelle Abwicklung der Verfahren
  • Die konsequente Ausschöpfung des vorhandenen Strafrahmens
Wir erwarten, dass Straftätern, die unseren Kolleginnen und Kollegen mit Gewalt entgegentreten, unmissverständlich die Grenzen aufgezeigt werden. Lippenbekenntnisse sind nicht ausreichend. Angriffe gegen Polizistinnen und Polizisten sind Angriffe gegen unseren Rechtsstaat und müssen unnachgiebig und mit voller Härte bestraft werden.
