Gesetzesreform zur Personalvertretung

BMI hat Referentenentwurf vorgelegt

Das Bundesinnenministerium hat einen Referentenentwurf zur Reform des Bundespersonalvertretungsgesetzes vorgelegt. Die GdP begrüßt, dass die Bundesregierung die Vorgaben des Koalitionsvertrages ernst nimmt und die längst überfällige Novelle des Bundespersonalvertretungsgesetzes in Angriff nimmt. Allerdings wirft der vorgelegte Entwurf mehr Fragen als Antworten auf.

In vielen Bereichen sind durch die Reformvorhaben Verschlechterungen eingetreten, dafür wurden schon länger von der GdP kritisierte Regelungen nicht oder nur unzureichend angepackt.
