GdP Niedersachsen begrüßt Anschaffung von 500 Bodycams

Hannover.

Die GdP begrüßt die Anschaffung von 500 Bodycams für die niedersächsische Polizei, die Innenminister Pistorius bereits auf dem 31. Ordentlichen Landesdelegiertentag am 9.11.2017 vor 400 Delegierten und Gästen angekündigt hatte. GdP-Landesvorsitzender Dietmar Schilff: "Die Auswertung des Probelaufs sind positiv. Die Bodycams sind ein wichtiges Hilfsmittel, um die Gefährdung der eingesetzten Polizeibeamtinnen und -beamten zu reduzieren und Tatverläufe für spätere Verfahren nachvollziehen zu können."

Es sei gut, dass der GdP-Forderung nach Audioaufzeichnungen nachgekommen werde und die rechtlichen Voraussetzungen geschaffen werden sollen.
