GdP Sachsen: Klarheit zum Beihilfesatz und Krankenversicherungs-Zuschuss

Ein der GdP Sachsen jetzt vorliegendes Schreiben bestätigt nunmehr, dass der § 33 Absatz 5 der Sächsischen Beihilfeverordnung ab 1. Januar 2012 nicht mehr vollzogen wird. Im Ergebnis hat „damit die Höhe eines Zuschusses zu den Beiträgen einer privaten Krankenversicherung keine Auswirkungen mehr auf den Bemessungssatz des Zuschussempfängers." Damit hat sich die Auffassung der GdP Sachsen bestätigt.

Jeder Berechtigte kann nunmehr beruhigt handeln und seinen Antrag, wie in unserer News vom 27. Januar 2012 bereits mitgeteilt, stellen.
