GdP Baden-Württemberg begrüßt Gesetzesentwurf zur Regelung der Ansprüche auf Schmerzensgeld

Stuttgart.

Die Gewerkschaft der Polizei (GdP) begrüßt die Einbringung des Gesetzesentwurfes zur Regelung der Schmerzensgeldansprüche. Wenn die Umsetzung erfolgt, wird eine jahrelange Forderung der GdP endlich erfüllt. Insbesondere Polizisten sind Angriffen häufig ausgesetzt und müssen um ihre berechtigten Ansprüche ringen.

Umso mehr freut es uns, wenn unser Innenminister Strobl mitteilt, dass es die "bundesweit polizeifreundlichste Lösung" werden wird, so Hans-Jürgen Kirstein, der Landesvorsitzende der GdP in Baden-Württemberg.
