Klage beim Bundesverfassungsgericht

GdP Sachsen zu Weihnachtsgeld für Beamtinnen und Beamte im Freistaat Sachsen

Mit einem Vorlagebeschluss hat das Verwaltungsgericht Halle die Klage einer Beamtin der Rentenversicherung Mitteldeutschland dem Bundesverfassungsgericht vorgelegt.

Der durch die GdP Sachsen in Verbindung mit dem DGB Sachsen beauftragte Rechtsanwalt hat diesen Beschluss zum Anlass genommen, die sächsischen Verwaltungsgerichte aufzufordern, auch unsere „Muster“-Verfahren dem Bundesverfassungsgericht vorzulegen.
