Gratulation an IT-Fachkräfte des LKA zur Höhergruppierung

Kiel.

Die GdP Schleswig-Holstein gratuliert den IT-Fachkräften im Tarifbereich des Landeskriminalamtes zu ihren Höhergruppierungen. Wesentliche Grundlage dieses Erfolges ist die Tarifeinigung aus dem Jahr 2019 mit ihrer neuen und für Tarifkräfte günstigeren Eingruppierungssystematik im Bereich der Informations- und Kommunikationstechnik. Hinzu kommt die erfolgreiche Zusammenarbeit zwischen allen Beteiligten auf Arbeitnehmer- und Arbeitgeberseite.

Erwartungsvoll sieht die GdP nunmehr den jetzt folgenden Gesprächen mit dem LPA in gleicher Angelegenheit entgegen und hofft auf ebenfalls zahlreiche tarifliche Verbesserungen für die IT-Fachkräfte im Tarifbereich des LPA.
